4. Outcomes of the Investigations:

This could result in the removal or modification of content, disciplinary actions for users who have violated our Standards, or no action, if the content is found to be within our guidelines. Please note that the specifics of the investigation are confidential, but we will inform you about the general outcome.

5. Content Removal Request Process:
To initiate the content removal request process, please email us with the following details:

- URL of the content in question
- A detailed description of the content
- Your relationship to the content (e.g., you are depicted in the content)
- The reason for the removal request (e.g., no consent was given, consent is void under applicable law)

Our team will review your request and conduct a thorough investigation. If the outcome of the investigation determines that the content was posted without proper consent or the consent is void under applicable law, we will promptly remove the content.

6. Content Removal Disputes and Neutral Resolution: In the event of a disagreement regarding a content removal appeal, we provide an avenue for the dispute to be resolved by a neutral body. The details of this process will be shared at the time of dispute. We are committed to upholding fairness and due process and will cooperate fully with the neutral body during the resolution process.

The process to engage the neutral body is as follows:

- Inform us about the dispute via email.
- Our team will acknowledge the dispute and provide information about the neutral body that will handle the dispute.
- The neutral body will then review the dispute and make a binding decision.
